Who We Are
100+ Women Who Care is exactly that, a group of women who care about their community. The members meet four times a year for the purpose of donating to a local charity that each member helps select. This donation is intended to make an impact. The purpose is to provide for those in greatest need in the Southside community: we define Southside as Prince Edward County and any county adjoining Prince Edward. Since June 2008 when we began, we have had ten meetings and have donated $46,800.00 to charities that benefit people in the Southside area. Together, we make a difference.
Our next meeting is Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 5:30 p.m. at Charley’s Waterfront Café.
